Supplier consolidation
at a China warehouse.

Bring goods from different Chinese suppliers into one receiving plan. Identify the arrivals, agree checks and repacking, then release stock for orders or a consolidated shipment.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

Different suppliers.
One stock plan.

Consolidation connects incoming shipments. Decide whether the combined goods are for ongoing order fulfillment or a single outbound shipment.

01

Several suppliers per product range

Keep each supplier arrival tied to its product list and quantities before combining stock.

02

Staggered deliveries

Plan which arrivals to wait for and which goods can move to the next step first.

03

Extra supplier packaging

Review which cartons to retain, combine or replace while protecting the products inside.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES

From separate arrivals
to an approved release.

Consolidation works best when supplier references, the waiting plan and outbound instructions are defined together.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE IT WORK

Consolidated arrivals.
Two different next steps.

Bringing suppliers together does not mean every product has to leave in one large parcel. Choose the outbound pattern that matches your sales.

Stock for ecommerce orders

Receive from several suppliers, keep SKUs separate and fulfill customer orders over time.

One consolidated shipment

Combine compatible goods for a planned shipment once the agreed arrivals are ready.

A staged release

Discuss partial release when one supplier is delayed, accounting for extra handling and transport.

THE WORK BEHIND YOUR ORDER

A China team between your suppliers and dispatch.

Haishun provides China receiving addresses, multi-supplier consolidation and repacking. This brings domestic arrivals and the international shipment plan into the same service discussion.

Clear supplier references

Use supplier names, domestic tracking numbers and product quantities to connect each arrival to your purchase list.

EXCEPTIONS & APPROVALS

A consolidation plan
needs a waiting rule.

One supplier arrives late

Decide how long to wait and who approves partial release.

A purchase is short

Compare the arrival with the supplier list under the agreed count scope; resolve the difference before release.

Products cannot travel together

Acceptance can differ by product and channel. Batteries, liquids or other attributes may change the packing or shipping plan.

A larger carton raises freight

Compare the packed result. Combining goods does not automatically reduce chargeable weight or total cost.

SERVICE COSTS

Quote the work
your goods need.

Supplier count, incoming cartons, checking depth, sorting, waiting time and repacking affect the warehouse quotation. Compare the final packed shipment with any separate-shipment option.

Understand fulfillment costs

Start your service brief

  1. Supplier and tracking list
  2. Product quantities by supplier
  3. Expected arrival dates
  4. Consolidation and packing instructions

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions,
answered.

Can suppliers send goods on different days?

Yes, arrivals can be coordinated around your supplier schedule. Confirm storage charges, receiving references and how long to wait for outstanding goods.

Does consolidation always reduce freight?

The result depends on packed dimensions, weight, product compatibility and shipping rules. The team assesses the actual shipment rather than promising a fixed saving.

Can you purchase the products for me?

This service primarily handles goods purchased from your suppliers. If you need buying assistance, request a separate scope and quotation.

Is this the same as personal shopping parcel forwarding?

This page focuses on business stock and ecommerce fulfillment from supplier goods. Explain whether your goods are personal purchases, samples or commercial inventory so the appropriate service can be discussed.

Can I use the warehouse address before opening an account?

Contact the team first. Goods need an accepted service scope, the correct receiving reference and handling instructions before delivery.

Can you help with a supplier return?

Share the supplier address, product, reason and desired action. Return handling, repacking and domestic transport need separate confirmation and pricing.
