BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

For sellers with suppliers.
And orders to fulfill.

You keep control of your products and selling channels. The warehouse work moves to a China-based team.

01

Independent ecommerce stores

You source products in China and need stored inventory picked and packed for individual customer orders.

02

Brands with several SKUs

Sizes, colors and mixed-item orders need product identification and clear order instructions.

03

Sellers handing over daily dispatch

You want receiving, storage and parcel preparation handled through one agreed workflow.

THE WAREHOUSE WORKFLOW

From one customer order.
To a prepared parcel.

Individual order fulfillment starts with identified stock. Each stage connects the order reference, the products and the dispatch instructions.

BUILT AROUND YOUR HANDLING BRIEF

Clear inputs.
Clear next steps.

Product references, quantities and approval contacts keep supplier arrivals and customer orders connected. Your service plan defines the checks, materials and work required at each step.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE IT WORK

From your store order
to a warehouse instruction.

Platform names alone do not tell the warehouse what to pick. A clear order record connects the customer’s purchase to the exact product and packing requirement.

Product match

Separate product titles from unique SKUs. Give every size or color variant a clear reference.

Release rules

Set when an order is ready to pack and who can approve address changes or substitutions.

Shipment match

Keep the order reference connected to the shipping instruction and shipment reference.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions,
answered.

Can you fulfill orders from my own suppliers?

Yes. The service starts with your goods arriving at the agreed China receiving location. Confirm product acceptance and receiving instructions before sending stock.

Do you automatically connect to my store?

Share your platform and workflow with the team. The supported order handover method and any integration requirements are confirmed during onboarding.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Processing time depends on stock availability, order cutoffs and warehouse instructions. Agree the applicable processing window before going live.

Can you manage returns?

Share the return origin, product and desired action. Return-to-supplier, international returns and destination-country returns require separate acceptance and pricing; they are not automatically included in outbound fulfillment.

Can I keep some stock with my current provider?

Explain which SKUs and orders you want to allocate to China. Agree stock ownership, order allocation and replenishment so the same order is not sent to two fulfillment providers.
