Can I use my own Chinese suppliers?
Yes. Send your supplier list, product details and expected arrivals. We agree the receiving location, shipment references and handling instructions before stock is delivered.
Is there a minimum order volume?
Share your expected monthly orders and stock profile, including trial volumes. The quotation sets out any minimum handling charges, storage charges or volume requirements for your operation.
How much do China warehousing and pick and pack cost?
Compare receiving, storage, order picking, additional items, packaging and international postage separately. SKU count, stock volume, parcel size and extra handling affect the total. Ask for a written breakdown for representative orders.
How do orders from Shopify or WooCommerce reach the warehouse?
Share your store platform, ERP and required workflow. Haishun uses its own OMS and TMS; the team agrees the supported order handover, SKU mapping and tracking return method during onboarding. App, API or automatic-sync requirements need to be agreed before setup.
Can I request branded packaging, inserts or bundles?
Send packaging dimensions, artwork, insert quantities and a sample bundle list. We review the packing steps, material supply, any assembly requirements and charges before accepting the work. Branding materials are quoted separately from standard parcel handling.
Where are orders shipped from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled from China. Available international channels depend on destination, product and parcel details. Your quotation separates warehouse processing from transport estimates and states the tracking and customs arrangements.
