BEFORE YOU SEND STOCK

Set the rules
before the routine.

Onboarding turns your products and order requirements into a handling plan.

01

Confirm the product

Share product descriptions, photos and any batteries, liquids, powders or other special attributes.

02

Agree costs and timing

Confirm storage units, handling charges, packaging, cutoffs and the dispatch window in writing.

03

Prepare supplier instructions

Use the correct warehouse address, receiving reference and SKU or packing list for each arrival.

04

Confirm order handover

Agree the file or system workflow, required fields and how to handle changes or cancellations.

05

Approve exception handling

Identify who approves extra work, stock discrepancies, damaged goods or address problems.

EACH HANDOVER HAS AN INPUT

Know what moves
with the goods.

A product, stock and order reference should stay connected from receiving to dispatch.

BEFORE DAILY FULFILLMENT

Walk through
a representative order.

A trial discussion should cover the products you actually sell: a single-item order, a mixed-SKU order and a common exception. Ask the team to confirm any trial handling and materials charges.

Product identification

Can the instruction distinguish a size, color or similar-looking item without guessing?

Packing and release

Is the outer package suitable, are required labels clear, and is dispatch approval defined?

Change and exception

Who decides what happens if an item is short or the delivery address changes?

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions,
answered.

What do I need before sending my first shipment?

A confirmed service scope and quotation, accepted product details, receiving instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.

Can I start with a trial order?

Ask the team to confirm trial handling, storage requirements and any minimum charges for your specific products.

Can I change an order after sending it?

Changes depend on the order’s processing stage. Agree the cutoff and contact process during onboarding; dispatched parcels may no longer be editable.
