Product acceptance
Provide accurate product descriptions and declare batteries, liquids, powders and other special attributes. Acceptance depends on product, packaging, documentation, destination and available transport channels.
Receiving and stock handling
Do not send goods before confirming the correct address, receiving reference and instructions. Inspection, labeling, storage, packing and exception handling follow the agreed scope.
Prices and timing
Published service explanations are not a binding rate card or universal delivery guarantee. Confirm billing units, minimum charges, packaging, transport estimates, customs responsibilities and applicable additions before proceeding.
Orders and exceptions
Agree order handover, cutoffs, cancellation rules, stock discrepancies, loss or damage procedures and claims terms in the service agreement. Final arrangements are subject to that agreement and applicable law.
