Know what goes
into every order.

A fulfillment quote should connect your inventory, warehouse work and delivery requirements. We price the scope around your actual products.

QUOTE YOUR REAL ORDER MIX

One SKU or many?
It changes the work.

A single-item parcel and a multi-item order with individual labels have different handling needs. Send a few representative orders for a useful comparison.

Prepare my quote request

Ask for a written breakdown

  • What is included in each order fee?
  • How are additional items charged?
  • Which packaging materials are included?
  • Are there storage allowances or minimums?
  • How are exceptions and extra work approved?
  • Which shipping surcharges can apply?
A WORKED COST STRUCTURE

One item versus
a three-item order.

The example below shows cost components, not a price estimate or a rate card.

Single-item order

Order handling + one pick + packaging materials + shipment cost. Storage and receiving are accounted for under their own billing basis.

Three-item order

Order handling + three picks + suitable packaging + shipment cost, plus any separately scoped label or inspection work.

Monthly comparison

Use the actual mix of order types, add receiving and storage, then account for approved extras. Avoid counting a bundled item twice.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions,
answered.

Do you publish a flat price per order?

The quotation depends on SKU count, items per order, packing requirements and the stock profile. Request a breakdown for your actual order mix.

Is international postage included?

The quotation should state whether postage is separate or bundled and list the selected channel, charging rules and applicable additions.

Can I calculate costs using unpacked product weight?

Use the final packed weight and dimensions for a shipping estimate. Handling and storage also need their own agreed billing basis.
